Reshma helps individuals on different issues using a mix of Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gottman Methods, and Humanistic approach. She also uses mindfulness techniques to help with a more holistic overall approach on helping them manage depression, stress, anxiety and other life issues.
She works on relationship counselling with individuals, patterns they may be repeating that affects their relationships or themselves, learning better communication styles to use with friends, family members, colleagues, boss or partners.
She teaches them on managing and reducing stressors that arise personally and professionally and to help them with work life balance and to avoid burnout.
She also works on unresolved childhood trauma or pain that manifests in adulthood with low self-esteem, lack of self confidence, negative self talk and other emotional struggles that create anxiety in their current life.
She works on issues and personal growth, helping individuals sets goals and targets they would like to meet for themselves.
